Hi, welcome to our policies. In this section, we’ll outline our terms and conditions and explain our procedures for shipping and other facets of our operations. It's important for our customers to understand that RAM is an independent artist. He's committed to providing the best shopping experience possible. Unlike larger corporations, he handles each item with personal care and attention. This might mean delivery times are not always as fast as those of bigger retailers, but with your continued support, he is dedicated to giving his best.
RamOFT Shipping Policy
Environmentally Conscious Shipping:
We're committed to a sustainable shipping process. To minimize our carbon footprint.
Combined Shipping:
When purchasing multiple items, we aim to package them in a single box. This helps reduce waste and shipping costs and benefits the environment. However, items are most likely to be sent separately due to logistical reasons. Kindly note that we can't accommodate requests to combine orders.
Delivery Times:
Combining orders can extend delivery times as we wait to ensure all items are ready. We will update you on your order's status and provide an estimated delivery date.
Processing Time:
Given we are a small team, it might take up to 5 business days for your items to be packaged and shipped. Please understand potential delays due to restocks or special circumstances.
Issues & Claims:
Art Prints:
Report undelivered, damaged, or printing issues within 10 days from the shipment date. Past this period, we won't offer reprints.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We're not responsible for packages marked as delivered. In case of suspected theft or missing packages, contact your local USPS with your tracking number. Consider speaking with your mail carrier for secure delivery options or getting a P.O. Box.
Incorrect Address:
Orders returned due to incorrect or missing address details will be re-shipped at the customer's cost.
Damaged Goods:
Contact us within 2 weeks of delivery if your item arrives damaged. Provide a description, and we'll request photographic evidence. Based on our assessment, a replacement may be provided. Persistent issues might require an alternative delivery address.
International Orders:
Delivery takes approximately 3-6 weeks. Tracking is available only for art books, prints, and sticker orders sent using First Class Package International. In case of delivery failures, we'll wait for the USPS to return the order before discussing re-shipping or refunds.
